You Don’t Have to Navigate The Pressure Alone
Performance environments can be exciting and rewarding, but they also come with challenges that are often difficult to navigate.
You may be:
struggling with performance pressure
overthinking before a competition
trying to sustain or rebuild confidence
frustrated that current strategies no longer work
Wherever you are on your athletic journey, mental performance support can help you build the tools you need to move forward and grow with greater awareness, resilience, and confidence.
The FMP approach
A MORE SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO PERFORMANCE
Many performance environments emphasize constant achievement and pushing through at all costs. The FMP approach focuses on helping athletes pursue excellence while also developing the emotional awareness, resilience, and support needed to sustain well-being over time. Sustainable performance starts with supporting the whole person, not just the athlete.

Meet Danae Frentz
MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINER EDMONTON, ALBERTA
I support athletes, performers, and teams through mental performance training rooted in collaboration, compassion, and athlete-centred care.
My work is deeply shaped by both my experiences as an athlete and years of education, research, and applied work in sport and performance psychology. As a former multi-sport athlete and high-achieving academic, I understand the pressure, expectations, and emotional demands that come with performance environments.
I’m passionate about helping athletes develop healthier, more sustainable approaches to performance by building emotional awareness, confidence, and regulation skills that support both sport and life.
